Ponnuswamy...you should go for a "Saapada" or the full course meal.
It will be served with rice, sambara, rasama, at least 3-4 other vegetables, then the meat of your choice.
The menu card is loooong for the meat eaters...Rabbit, Quill, Turkey, Chicken, Mutton, Fish, Shark, Squid, Oyster.....the list is long. to my experience, most of the time all is available.
The preparations are fiery hot, signature of Chettinadu recipe.
Good for anybody would like experience the authentic Chettinadu food.
Don't forget to eat the small ripe banana served after the meal...that will stabilize all the Hot Spices.
