cockroach in the food... period...
The worst part we find it half way through our lunch, and the poor thing was still alive and moving its legs... imagine that... and imagine my worst nightmare come true, me being a vegetarian finding a roach in my food...
and what did the management do about it?
laugh at their blunder, and quickly took the food from our table, before we could take pictures of it, and what happened after that? the manager magically disappears, or claims he is not the manager. the worst part , no one wants to take responsibility. what more could we do, yelled, screamed, made other customers leave.
its understandable that innocent lives can end up on your plate in any restaurant. but the issue is if the management is competent enough to handle the situation and in this case it was worse than their sad service.
