I would recommend the Beseant nagar Eden than the one at harrisons since the service quality it utmost Poor !
Visited Eden @ harrisons today at around 7 pm, there were around 20 people waiting outside, and we have our booking, which i saw that, there were around 9 tables already booked before us.
We were prepared to wait for around half hour, There is not enough seating arrangements and the corridar which we have to wait is jus right next to the restrooms, and there is no enough airconditiong in the hotel which made us sweat. So be prepared for all this if you have to wait.
Reg the reservation, we were enquiring the seat status, but the Manager ( A lady / Same like the Beasent nagar eden ), have no time to look into the reservations list , but jus blindly answer No tables free please wait.
At 7:50, when i checked with her she told us that 2 More reservations were before us, but on her slip all name before us were striked out. We waited till 8 PM and found that people who came after us were being seated, We enquired in the reception desk but they told only the MADAM knows abt the seating, we searched for Madam, she was no where, by 8:15 PM , 4-5 tables were filled without the madam being there...
So we decided to move us and informed in the table that we are cancelling and moving out, but immediately the reception guy told that they will seat us immediately... then only it stuck us the reason behind people being seated before us and the disappearance of the madam.. ..
We lost interest in their behaviour and left the place....
About the prices ... ( We even selected the dishes we wanted to have )
