I just had a hair coloring session at Green Trends and I'm so disappointed I have to voice my opinion. This is my third visit, and after two satisfactory experiences at GT which did not require me to interact much with my beautician, I decided to try hair color. Big mistake! I checked their catalogue a week ago to make sure the color of my choice was available. As luck would have it, it was not but they told me they'd get it for me by the end of the week. I called up twice yesterday to check if they bought the promised color, the guy in charge said he'd check with the staff and call back which never happened. Finally when I called myself, they said it wasn't there. Finally I went again last evening to re-select the color, I was told that the one I selected was available and when I went in this afternoon, it wasn't in stock. By now I was so frustrated by my bad luck, I just picked an alternative color and told them to start off.
The staff assigned to me didn't speak English, she kept asking me things I never understood and it was a total mess. I finally left disappointed. My money spent was a complete waste. I need to find another salon where I can communicate effectively.
