I went with a couple of my friends to have dinner at this place. The furnishing A/C etc is good, but the food simply sucks. Its got the worst buffet in town. The whole restaurant was deserted. The food seemed to be leftover stock from afternoon lunch. The vessels were empty, whatever food was left in them was ice cold. The waiters were untrained. The biriyani was the Rs30 kind, which you get on road-side. The butter paneer was worse than the road side kind, dark orange, extra-oily and paneer the size of cheeselings. The wide-screen was playing some loud, cheap, third rate comedy movie, and the waiters and the 'chef' pulled up chairs and started chatting while we ate the horrible food. All this for 200 per head.(In comparison 10 Downing Street offers NV Lunch Buffet for Rs200.) Only one suggestion: AVOID!!!

First and foremost, we regret the poor service you had to go through. To be honest this seems a very rare occurrence as most of the time our restaurant & the buffets are filled during lunch time. Though this has happened about 3 months ago, we've escalated this issue to our Managing Director, and steps have been taken to spruce up the restaurant managers & team. We request you to kindly consider our apologies and do visit our restaurant again. We do have a new year party planned at the restaurant and the banquet hall. Sorry for the late response. Its very encouraging to see that you have taken my review in the right spirit despite the review being very harsh. But then again I used harsh words because I felt short-changed as I expected a lot more from an otherwise well set-up hotel. I would be very happy to come back and have another meal at your restaurant and will hopefully return and write an equally intensive but positive review. I missed you new year bash but will try to make it another time. Best of luck for the future.
