Dis is one disgrace of a place in Anna Nagar! I visited the place on a Monday morning with my niece and nephew when the McD hype was swirling around the city... Customer Service SUCKS! for instance, when I aked for the MENU, the peron taking the orders, carelessly pointed out to the glow sign board saying "This is the menu". I was in a state of confusion and finnaly placed my order (later saw a few handbills and asked "what is this if it isnt the menu?" the lady was like "This is the menu").
Adding to the disgust, the french fries were so rubbery and served cold! It was a sick Monday morning with disgusting CS and french fries! Never ever am i gonna visit the place.. The fries serverd at McD in Ascendas is similarly disgusting too!
