Right from the fonts and logo[to the average service],everything looks so natural wannabe. I mean being inspired by some good parlor is fine,but being a poor imitation of a poor salon only makes things worse. The best the owner could have done is to get a naturals franchisee and carry on.
The place is small and the a/c is switched on only when customer is there[aah total naturals inspiration].The staff have no english knowledge but they are friendly and warm,not too snobbish, they accept their limited knowledge. This is the only salon where i have seen them giving a bleach for 30mins!!! ... and their facial does not involve much massages.
Two things which put me off totally
-- The Costs. For a 2nd tier or to put it crudely a B grade salon their charges are exorbitant, they chrage more than vlcc.And their so called discount coupons [which they give as newspaper inserts] are a joke.
-- The staff dont show you the product they use,they bring in stuff in hand from the room and apply it.So not sure if they are indeed using the products mentioned in the catalog.
Don't see any point in visiting this place,if you want bad service you have naturals a stone's throw away..and if you want average service with a huge bill..there is a VLCC close by..so give it a skip.
