By far one of the worst dining experiences I've had in a very long time. Worst part is that I took my family there after reading the other reviews on "burrp". Wanted to sample the raved-about steaks, which were mediocre at best with no sight of the mashed potatoes mentioned in other reviews. Cannot help wondering if they were "planted" to mislead foodies like me. :(

Service - PATHETIC.
Found myself looking for cutlery and crockery since there were no waiters in sight most of the time. Actually went to the kitchen looking for glasses!! Food arrived very late and though the food was average, the overall experience was so dis-heartening,my family only looked forward to leaving as soon as possible.
If the management of resort is reading this, my advice is to sack your service and maintenance staff - I don't think that anyone who has experienced your restaurant will ever come back again otherwise - I definitely won't.
