I used to eat at this place at least once in a couple of weeks. Sanitation was never their forte. But the last time I ate there will seriously be the absolute LAST time.
There were cockroaches crawling over the table. When I protested to one of the staff, they just stared at me blankly as if I was speaking in Chinese. My wife and I picked up our food and moved to another table, where once again, a cockroach nearly crawled onto my sandwich.
I was too grossed out, tossed the sandwich into the trash and left. If you care about your health, keep away from this place. Probably safer to eat in a roadside sandwich stall.

I am shocked at your experience at Subway,as we take care of sanitation as our first priority,having bugs in a restaurant is a big turn off i agree but since you have been to the Besant nagar branch where we share our space with prime roaster,it would not be fair to blame this on Subway entirely.But in any case we are desperately looking to relocate our besant nagar branch and will be done as soon as possible.Until then please visit our other outlets situated in ECR,Nungambakkam,Spencers,Anna Nagar,Nandanam,Chennai Citi Centre,Olympia Tech park,RMZ Millenia Business park and besant nagar.Please visit them at your convenience and next time if you have any complaints do feel free to contact me and i will look into it personally.You can email me on neha.k@pinkpapayafoods.com
