ONE OF THE WORST RESTAURANT IN CHENNAI ROTTEN 2011-04-13
Guys before reading my review dont even plan to go to this restaurant My kind advice.
Me with my friends went to that restaurant. There was no one in this restaurant even to welcome or ask us how would i help you for almost half hour. We called up and asked one fat guy he said buffet is available we tried with the soup first so horrible cant even keep in mouth. NON VEG very less just chicken,mutton and fish all where so horrible cant even keep in mouth. the food had no taste we called them and asked them the food taste so bad he said no sir its good we serve this for so many people.

Excellent food and service 2010-03-31
I had been to Basil the restaurant in Country Inn, to be frank i wasn't that convinced when i went for a buffet lunch, as there were no one in the restaurant. To my surprise the food was awesome, the spread just perfect to enjoy and all the dishes, i mean everything which was there was just amazing. I have been to lots of buffets, there will sum dishes u like and sum u don't or u wont eat, but here will really enjoy the food. The buffet if perfectly priced at 350 per head and its really value for money. I would recommend this restaurant to every one whose a foodie. three cheers from my side. -

Location: Near CMDA egmore Inside the Country Inn Hotel. Typical starred hotel ambience.
The buffet of RS 370 is nonveg, Veg is alacarte costing about 700 for a dinner for two.
The starters are complimentary and chefs choice, it was slightly burnt. The soup was good. The spaghetti with bread and butter was just excellent. The dessert carrot halwa with icecream or brownies with icecream was just great.
