    Worst experience (Spoiled the partying mood right at the restaurant entrance by some --------) we ever had in a five star hotel, that is no manner in which to treat a customer. I have never seen any high-class hotel with a cheap way of approach a customer. There is inequality in approach (Well! Ladies, you will be treated well as like other places and sorry for gents). The deal, which they provide during every dinner, is just cheating, (buy one and get one free, but at the end you will be billed for both and your head will also be shaved).     It is amazing how much has gone into designing this place. The interiors are stunning and the place is just huge. There is not much of a difference in the menu between the Lunch and Dinner buffets ( maybe the Pizza and the price difference), but the spread is very well though out. The starters are good and the service is prompt when needed. Desserts need to be looked into though. There is nothing that catches my eye in that segment. But otherwise Kudos to Vipin and Co. Love their restaurants.

    Mr. Vipin Sachdev and Mr. Mahadevan (Chef) are excellent. I'm a vegan, and do not eat any animal products. Both Mr. Vipin and Mr. Mahadevan came to me personally to ask what I wanted for dinner. Mr. Mahadevan gave me a few choices, veganized some things from the menu, and I had an excellent dinner. Not too many places have the consideration to ensure that their customers receive exactly what they want. I'm definitely going to this place again because of the great service, personalized food and wonderful ambiance.

    The main reason why i love this place is its beautiful ambience located centrally in midst of several high raised buildings in the Somerset residence.
    The buffet spread is really huge with a wide variety of choices ,esp in Indian cuisine
    The last time i visited, the service was equall great with the food cooked the exact way it was supposed to be..
    oh btw, if ur going for a late evening dinner, u dont wanna miss out on a drink at B-Bar too

    Chose this place to celebrate our wedding anniversary. I regret that decision every day now. When i reached there, we are welcomed by great ambiance and pleasant atmosphere. We never know that this all will be ruined soon. We were told that the buffet is costing around 1100/- per person, which looked very high to me compared to other front line restaurants.     I had visited Burgundy's on 16 December with my wife, son, sister and nephews.

    I was immensely disappointed with the manners and courtesy shown by your staff. First thing is when we entered the dining area by 12 the receptionist was gloriously joking and chatting away that he didn't even smile or welcome us. Next we were shown a table by some one inside and for 15 minutes no one attended us.     Sorry but a mere apology will not bring me back. Let me give you an example: Once when we went to a themed restaurant similar to yours we had ordered a dish which was not served to us, when we complained regarding the same, the manager himself came to us and apologized profusely and without questions he cut 20% of our bill of 3000. Now this is what still makes me go there today, to a place where a customer is respected. And what do you guys have to say?

    having read burgundy's glowing reviews, i booked a table for 10 for our team lunch. we were totally impressed by the decor and the food too was impressive. though the spread was limited, we found each of them to be really nice until we reached the dessert. one of my friend chose a sponge cake from the spread. the moment he cut it, we were shocked to see dead worm inside!     What do you get when you throw in bright interiors , lush landscape , a sit out/ patio type and multicuisine food ...you get Burgundy's :) We visited Burgundy's after seeing lots of reviews on metro plus and our very own facebook and let me tell you we weren't disappointed at all. Perched in upscale MRC Nagar next to Chettinad school is Burgundys. The bright chic restaurant with its neatly laid buffet counter immediately drew our attention.
