  A lot of you seem upset with us so first of all, my sincere apologies for these mishaps.
  We are working on the quality of food and also the service. The AC has been fixed and we will fix the state of the toilets as well. The staff is being briefed everyday.

• Its sad to see this state

  We loved this place for its sandwiches and sloppy joe burgers. But now, over the last two years or so, it has slowly and steadily degraded itself in terms of the food and the ambiance. The zing in most of the items (including the sandwich) is notably missing and the covered roof on the terrace isn't really appealing.
  
  But what really bothers is the appalling level of service! The AC was leaking and the only explanation was 'Why don't you shift to the terrace area?'. The concierge got the bill when we asked for a menu (for the desserts) and was 20 mins late in getting the bill when we asked... read more

  I used to go to casapicola a lot before! Now one year later I'm back and I ain't coming back again!
  CONS:
  1. The service! There is no service at all!
  2. The dishes! DO NOT taste as good as they did before! I remember recommending the coffee to someone and then they said it was crap! So there! Lost face!
  3. The place has become dirtier!
  4. The toilets make me wanna cry! In fact I would avoid the place just for it!
  Conclusion:
  The toilets have influenced my opinion more than the service! I mean, there isn't anything special really! So why trouble yourself!

  The Chennai version of Casa Piccola started with a bang.. the ambience was great, and the food was simply superb.. but then.. it went the way of all flesh!
  The last time I visited, with family and friends, we ordered: Seafood Salad, which promised a bunch of exotic seafoods: we got: 2 bits of vanjaram, a couple of prawns and some rubbery calamari in a tasteless sauce.
