DOSA CALLING ADYAR 2011-01-01
We had a very poor lunch in the DC today. We waited for half hour to get seated then the barrer showed us a nice menu card . first we orderded soup the barrer took only one soup ordered and left the remaining without taking the order. The the meals they need to set the readymade food for that they took half hour. And we order noodle for my son they took it as fried rice and at last they said its in not available. Complete Disappointment / Slow service 2010-12-07
Hello there,
I have heard about DC for some time now and hence I and my wife decided to walk into your Adyar outlet.
The Place and the ambience was good. We looked at the Menu and was amazed by the number of dosa varieties. Availability of other food varieties like Naan and Fried rice was a sweet surprise to us. So far it was good.. then it all started
We gave an order for a Dosa and Plain Naans & Panner butter masala..

I must say that after being a regular at the Murugan Idli Kadai's I am not exactly impressed with the food! It isn't as good as that! But having said that I will say that their variety makes up for their lack of perfection!
I had ordered a vagatable Uthappam and my friends had ordered a ghee roast and a dosa! It felt like we had all ordered cooked salt! Either all of us had BP issues or salt is really cheap!
But all said and done, maybe if I had told them to put less salt, they would have! I will go here again!
