    I was at this Ashok Nagar branch of Green Trends. Members are charged Rs 375 for a hair cut, shampooing and blow dry. This lady who attended on me said that I would be charged Rs 500 since I was coming to the parlour after two months (I was last there in August). Though she accepted that I had a layer cut (my hair was in a shape that she could identify it), she still insisted that I paid Rs 500 instead of the Rs 375. This was strange!     Considering the prices they charge, I was expecting perfect, professional service. I wasn't disappointed in the actual quality of work. The hair dye application was very good and so was the ironing and waxing.

    By mistake i entered this Green trends at Velacherry. The so called professional there messed up my hair-cut. He was also talented enough to mess up even my Hair-spa.

    Also the manager & receptionist kept bugging me to buy these expensive products which i really didnt need. Guess their target is to irritate their customers to the extent possible.

    Will never visit again.
