It was a nice Saturday afternoon, me and my wife along with our 3 months old went to Holy Smoke expecting to taste some delicious grills. The first impression was good, the decor was neat and people dressed well.
We were given the corner sofa in ground floor as it was convenient with our kid. The first thing I can see is the mesyyyyyy assortment of things under the staircase from broom to what not!!!!! YUCK...So I moved away in such a way that i wont see that when eating. We were happy to see hardly 2 guests thinking we are going to get excellent service. Boy-o-boy we were not only in for a nasty surprise but a RUDEEEE shock.
We ordered the starters and two veg grills. After waiting for 10 mins and asking for water for 3-4 times, I got fed up and walked to the waiters station picked the water mug and poured water for us. in fact the waiter saw this and didnt even offer to pour. From then it was all down the hill. Every time I need water, I walk up get the jug pour....and this with a 3 months old baby...u can understand my state.
Then came the horror!!! The grill, as they call, was not cookedddddd...it was raw, greasy and looked like someone experimented on it. Both of us in spite of being extremely hungry couldnt even finish 30% so we decided not to spoil our appetite. We asked for the bill and again 10 mins wait none seems to be interested. Then I walked to the cashier showed my table, got the bill, paid and LITERALLY RAN OUT and went to Canton and enjoyed our simple Chinese meal.
Add to this, in spite of calling and reserving they did not honor our snapdeal coupon!!!
I dont know if I have the courage to try them once again....stay away plssss
