Bad Birthday cake 2011-07-17
I placed an order for a character (Dora) birthday cake for my 4yr old birthday by contacting the number on their business website. Although La Boulangerie was not my first choice, the representative from LB assured me that they have done several Dora cakes and that the cake I was after was a "piece of cake" for them to create.
Being far away from any of their branches for collection, I opted for the home delivery service so that the cake arrived safe and fresh in the special delivery vehicle that they assured would be used to transport it. The cake arrived on the evening of the event... read more -

puffs and wraps 2010-09-21
I visited your shop La Boulangerie at besant nagar,on 21\sep\2010..Time 7.29pm. I bought 2 nos.chicken puffs ,1 no.veg puff, 1 no chicken wrap priced rs.55/.....when Icame home i was shocked to see paneer pieces in then wrap .The boy who was in charge told me it was a chicken wrap and billed it for chicken wrap.I just want to know if your person did it by mistake or purposely did so to get rid of his wrap.
The puffs that i bought was horrible with the raw taste of low grade margerine. please take necessary steps to improve your puffs dough.
