    Me and my sis went to parlour and i wanted a hair cut, since my hair was pretty long i didnt want to cut too short.. they did a horrible hair cut and my hair jus became near my shoulder and i was terribly shocked by seeing that. Also my sis had asked only for hair SPA and they did a hair cut and charged 800 bugs extra without our knowledge.

    my sincere advise, pl don try ever going to LAKME Parlour in ur life. No cleanliness as well.

    Took my sister here for a hair spa.I had booked prior appointment and then they attended her after 30 mins of wait.When we went into , we saw it was complete mess, a hair stylist who was cutting someone's hair came in between and put some product on the hair.Then another came n gave her steam.Finally they took hair for a wash .... THEY COMPLETELY FORGOT THE HAIR MESSAGE .. when we asked as more than 1 person had been doing on her , they just tried to blame the other. Really below standard unskilled people and worse is their attitude and arrogance.Please never think to try also this place

    The staff will rem u by name and what treatment u require even if u go after a month. You can choose ur regular professional who ll have u well-maintained :). the drawbak is they are a bit slow in service, i went there for bridal service which they seem to have lots on papers and brochures bt nothin great in person. they don even come home to do the service, i think tht will make them lose almost all the brides.

    Else the hair care and skin care packages are good but really expensive, and if ur not comfy with men inside the salon, tho this is all-women place there are male staff sometime
