Yeah, food was bad. service was good 2011-02-25
Is Chennai becoming like Kerala? In Kerala it's common to experience poor products & offerings, but they'll somehow make it up with their excellent customer service. Go on a trip to Alapey, KK, Munnar... you'll know what I mean. This McD is like that. Very average food, but good CS.
I didn't even feel like finishing my burger. Maybe it's because it was that Rs. 25 burger! The food court ambience was different. Too many kids on Friday evening. We ended up ordering more food at KFC to finish our meal.

I'm hating it... 2009-12-16
I've been to McD in pune and abroad. But somehow, this McD edition in chennai does not live up to the name.
Raw chicken smell in the McNuggets, Stale paneer salsa wrap, and chewy burgers. There couldn't a more horrible meal than this. So horrible that I developed aversion to food for next 2 days. -

Too Indianized! 2009-09-07
Well, this review is not just for this location, but for the whole McDonalds India. I guess they should call McD in India by some other name. There are only 2 or 3 items from the real MCDonalds menu. McD in India is so much Indianized that you are not going to a real McD. I just don't see a point going there. You go to a chettinadu restaurant to eat chettinadu flavor, chinese restaurant to eat chinese flavor. Same thing applies here.
The KFC India has managed to keep many things from their original menu. -

Awesome!!! 2009-07-30
I am big lover of Mcdonalds burger. Having lived on their burgers while in england, it is a tasty dream come true to get to eat them again here in Chennai.
What else can i say... Delicious, Awesome Place.
Forget those ppl who keep going on about the high calorie bs. McD is the place!!! -
