Overrated!! 2010-11-20
If you are looking for some sophsticated cafe with neat ambience , just rule this one out..Its high time they wash the seat covers.Adyar brach is very bad.Khadar nawaz khan one was still better.Menu was vast and catchy.I ordered coffee and Maggi to start with.Terrible was the maggi and also expensive for the taste.Coffee was just ok.Somehow I felt very doomed and restless , wanted to get out asap.Something they really have to work on is their waiters.V poor hospitality.and very un welcoming.I would never like to go their again.Anyways you guys can try..... -

The idiots served me non-veg wrap despite repeated checks and requests to get me a paneer warp.. And they smirked when I asked them about it... DONT GO THERE IF YOU ARE A VEGETARIAN! -

It seems every time I go there, my experience gets worse and worse...When I first started going there in 2006 it was pretty ok. The drinks were good, the food was good and the overall chill out and relax effect was there. Even the service wasn't bad! But off late, the service has really dragged it through the mud. The overall ambiance, the seating arrangements and swarms of mosquitoes are still pretty much the same today as they were then...I think those mosquitoes are immune to any coils or repellents on the market...they are their own breed of awful.
