Felt bad 2011-10-01
I just went there after getting good comments from my friends. Comments are;
1. Not suitable for people going with family. I went with my mom and dad, first shock was everybody was having drinks and smoking in the restaurant. Even though there is a sign board for non alcohol. Pitiest thing is server insisted us to take Beer in front of mom and dad (he him self appeared drunk, iam sure).
2. Ambiance was good, but smell was too too bad because of smoke and drinks. Even in the AC room drinks are allowed. but no smoking.

excellent masala -FISH! 2011-07-20
For the fish lovers or sea food for that matter this place is a treat..
Although its really far and not go-able on a hectic day you could try it on your travel to Pondy or mahabs..
The fish is expensively priced and you get to choose the ones you want, for such an ambience you wouldnt wanna pay so much but thats how it is. Primarly dominated by foreigners this place has a great crowd on most weekends.. -

A much hyped restaurant. Located in Mahabalipuram, this restaurant is always filled with foreigners. The restaurant is not so clean and doesnt offer a fine dining experience and all. Its small. It has 2 floors, each floor might be having some 6-7 tables.
The menu is good with a good spread of sea food. It was cheap, but they seem to be raising the price in the recent past. I guess its because of the popularity they attain.

Better than it seems 2011-07-17
First impressions do little justice to the for, especially considering the price. The ambience could be better, but the food more than compensates. -
