I visited the parlour which is located above the Heritage store in Velachery, I tried Pedicure here for the first time. I chose the 'Sun Tan removal' option.
It was a bad experience. Besides the general attitude of the lady doing the pedicure, below are some points which I was not expecting from Naturals' Service.
1. My toe nails were scraped while removing cuticles. But then it did not follow any nail buffing or anything in that direction. I went in with nice smooth nails and ended up having rough nails with no shine!
2. The Tan removal scrub was applied on my feet for not more than 30seconds. While i was told that special tan removal scrub will be used to work on tanned areas. No work was done at all.
3. The relaxing massage did not even last 2 minutes. The lady seemed to be in a hurry. Not that the parlour had any other customers waiting.
4. To end it all, the nail colour was applied on my nails in a very shabby manner. It was spilled all around the nails making it look ugly which was totally unacceptable and had to get it removed. And I had to do without the colour.
Additionally, they claim high quality and use some cheap local nail color, and also some local big white bottle of Acetone for nail color removing. unbelievable!!!
I am so disgusted at their service. No words can explain :)
