Warm service. Decent Food... 2008-12-09
We were welcomed very warmly, considering that there was only one other patron seated inside. Jokes apart, the people were very friendly and even brought some popcorn to the table, because my kid had seen it inside. It is normally only served as sides when you order a drink. Hunger in the stomach, lead us to order fast. An appetizer, a salad and main courses.
They delivered a loaf of hot garlic bread... on the house!! Soft and succulent, it melted as you chewed on it. The hummus and salad arrived, both decent, but with no major shakes to talk about.

Poor food and service 2008-11-24
Well, I went there seeing rave reviews here about the restaurant here on burp! But I guess they are old and now the joint is no longer the same place. So I made it a point to come back and write a realistic up to date review.
The restaurant feels calm, cosy and dimly lit to my taste. It is expensive. A person would easily spend up to Rs.600 on a decent lunch/dinner.
Now the bad part. The food quality isnt great. Actually me being an italian cusine fan and having eaten real italian food by real italian chefs can't really agree to the taste of the food they serve. Just the menu... read more -

Not upto the mark 2008-11-21
The service is bad, Ambience is ok and the food average..
I read the reviews saying that its an amazing italian restaurant
but sorry friends the food was average..probably the reviewer never tried Little italy , anyways to warn you all the service is poor and the food is only average, only thing that was good was the soup.
Ambience is also not upto the mark , and I hardly found any customers coming. still we were ot attended properly and had an overall average experience.
I would not suggest people to go there and waste their money. -

The real good italian 2008-10-23
I always turn away invitations to "vegetarian" joints unless its good old south indian restaurants but was dragged into Osteria. It was worth the wrist twist, with a menu that screams " great food" The service was friendly and the ambience great. I would just go back for the complimentary soft as heaven garlic bread. The lasagna was a little too tomatoey for my taste but was amply compensated but the superb Ravioli in lemon butter sauce. The starters were also great, the soup (mushroom) though fresh was a little too rich and bland. But overall it is a 100 times better than the so called italian... read more -
