A costly meal 2008-12-19
18th December 2008
9 of us went to Palakkaran today. We usually ordered quiet a bit, no matter where we ate. We started with soups which was decent.
We had at least 4x2 varieties of starters that included Chicken Kebab's - poor masala combination, Chilly beef - extremely hard & Mutton kebab - Masala was half cooked - wouldn't recommend any of these.

Disappointing 2008-12-18
A large group of us went for dinner to this place. The restaurant was looking neat and seemed very new. We should have got the cue but we were deceived by the way it appeared. All our dishes were bland. All the dishes were below agreeable taste. We decided not to order any desserts but were atleast hoping that the Tea and sweet lime juice we ordered would be good, but we were let down. There was a friend from Kerala who also came with us, who disliked the food the most.
Best part: The anticipation from the time we decided to go to this place until our orders came

Best Place for Kerala Cuisine 2008-07-03
A newly opened restaurant with Syrian Christian non vegetarian famous dishes. Highly recommending for Chiratta puttu, beef fry with thehgakkoth, Kerala flaky parathas, karimeen pollichathu wrapped in banana leaves, kappa beef, a sweet dish Palakkaran pudding. -
