Is Punnu dhaba still in the same place? If not where is it now? The previous time i went there it was not there. They said it has been shifted -

Thats it- of all the dishes - i have found the lassi one of the few ones to write home about.
some of the other dishes are the aloo paratha (made on the tawa and not tandoor) which comes with some awesome sweet dish and yes, their tandoori chicken.
the prices are by no stretch cheap, however, some dishes are economical.
if you are eating your canteen food every day, this place is a good one to take a break from that.
A lot is desirable in terms of cleanliness and staff, but yes, at times the food is good enough to overlook these minor deformities.... read more -

The food can get really really oily. Maybe because we tried the take away facility they offer.
Food has tons of masala, doesnt have much taste and not very lip smacking...
ive found their other branches pretty delicious though..

Finger licking Punjabi food 2008-09-15
This place, right next to Cognizant at Thoraipakka is one of the best that serves Punjabi food. The dishes are piping hot and absolutely rich and delicious. Suits best if you go as a gang. The dhaba is always abuzz with IT guys, esp late evening.
The parathas are just too good and one dish that still lingers in my memory is egg bhujia gravy. It was superlative. Of cos you have to try out the tandoori varieties which is equally delicious. The bill is absolutely pocket friendly and when you step out, you'll be beaming with a big smile. -
