I was a member for 1 year at Spartan Gym, Saligramam, Chennai. Having been an active gym member for the past 15 years, I have to rate Spartan as the worst gym I have ever joined.
The weights equipment is by a brand called Indus (Indian make). They are ok, but the maintenance by the gym staff is not good. There are missing weight pins in many racks. The rubber hosing is either torn or missing. And the benches are torn.
The cardio equipment are no better (I don't remember the brand). The 2 cycles are in constant repair. And management never manages to fix them and even if they... read more
