    I tried to give Tangerine yet another visit to see if anything has changed and if they have improved in any areas
    The ambience , service remains the same and really good.
    Its a perfect place for a dinner date in the city, though very expensive on the wallet . It's tucked under a calm street in Alwarpet and location is a 5/5 , however the car parking always seems to be a problem, especially parking in the main road . The food (sizzlers) is good , though they can cut down a little bit on the prices , as its still expensive, despite being a premium restaurant.

    Had never been to this place until a friend invited me for dinner. It’s a small and cosy setting inside with quite amazing food.

    We ordered for a coriander based soup which was yummy. We then had some kind of cutlets which came with a dip. The dip was so awesome that we ordered another portion of it. The main course was sizzlers and they were awesome. The best part of the sizzler was the well cooked meat. Wanted to try out the dessert but ran outta space in the stomach!

    The service is decent. Can definitely improve on that front.

    Overall a 4/5 experience!

    This is their oldest outlet, located along Murrays Gate Road.
    They're well known for their steaks and sizzlers.
    Of late there has been a lot of competition in this segment with new entrants and Tangerine needs to buck up.
    During my visit, the steak in pepper sauce was wow.
    Dishes are a bit expensive, they also serve pastas.
    Two more suggestions to go in for are oyster sauce chicken sizzler and the mixed grill which is for meat lovers.
    Also, simple ambiance and noisy crowds at times.

    Tangerine can be the perfect place for u if ur intent in avoiding the huge bustling crowd and queues everywhere and want to have some quality dinner time with your date . They serve some excellent sizzlers and great desserts
    Its however slightly pricey and dinner for 2 can easily come upto 1000
    The only disadvantage is that it doesnt have a proper parking space and u may have to park in the main roads which could be a problem sometimes
    however on the whole you get a decent dinner or lunch meal here
