    i was at the star rock night club to entertain my clients on a few occassions when I visited chennai. .....

    sad to mention names ..but someone needs to bell the cat.......the bartender mr.kishore is talented for mixing cocktails and showing magin tricks with burning alcohols fumes ... .but .. .sadly .... his hospitality stops there ... he is rude, impolite and thinks he is paying for your drink when you need to beg him for it !!!!

    Had visited the Hotel twice, once with friends and once with family. Both times had a good experience.. The food was great and the service on the other hand is also good..

    Pros:
    + Food was good
    + Ambiance was nice

    Cons:
    - Theme was innovative, but playing Star movies/HBO kills the purpose
    - Seating arrangement & lighting spoils the theme
    - No much choice for food
    - Cost is high considering the above cons

    had been to ' The Spring' on a sunday eve....

    we settled for a ala-carte and our problems started from there on.

    1. It took 10 mins for the menu card to arrive.
    2. we wanted to know the chef's choice...and surprisingly the waiter say's he doesn;t know any thing about the menu and calls an another one..
    3. someone comes'...tells us everything is special here ....and asks for our options...
    4. we wanted hot water...and we had to remind the waiter atleast 3 times for the water to arrive and atleast an another 4-5 times for refills..
