    Anyone who's a fan of frankies can't miss Tibbs - it's a small roadside joint that is always busy catering to customers. They have a decent variety of frankies for both veg and non vegeterians. I am a huge fan of the chicken frankie - shredded chicken with vinegar, chillies in a wrap of roti and egg - so tasty and filling. It's just the right amount to be a mid day snack! A tad oily, sure but that doesn't take away from the taste! If you're in besant nagar and want to try street food , this one's for you!

    Thanks to them I am a frankie addict!! I seriously love their Paneer tikka frankie and also their gobi manchurian frankie. Do try them out because not only are they cheap they are also extremely delicious!

    Coming from Bombay, my happiness knew no bounds when I came across a Tibbs frankie in Chennai!

    Immediately went ahead and ordered the chicken frankie and the egg veg frankie - my all time favourites!

    The frankies were awesome! The tangy flavour with the filling inside make it yummilicious

    Not very expensive too!

    The egg coating within the frankie is awesome and does wonders to the flavour!

    Will be back soon :)

    Being a north Indian my eyes always wonder for some north indian chatpata foods.. Thanks to burrp for being a good guide.. I went to Tibbs Frankie yesterday, Its a small outlet but the frankie is very good.. Specially I just wanna mention abt their Vada pao.. Its just awesome !! I loved it.. Infact its the best vadapao i had in chennai.. Its also very much pocket friendly.. Whenever u are around besant nagar beach just have a quick bite of vadapao.. Hope u will lyk it..

    I feel the one at besant nagar is the best from the places i have tried. The Chef prepares with patience and focused even when there is crowd and lot of orders to serve. Never hurries. My pick are Masala Veg, Egg , Gobi Manchurian and their latest addition - Vada pav - Really good , especially the Red chutney spread.

    Way to go keep franki(e)ng !

    omg the frankies they serve here is absolutely wonderful which makes u crave for more..:P...my fave here is the tawa paneer...its hot and elegant...and the frankies are wallet frndly too..!!!keep on the gud work tibbs...:)

    When you are in a fury to eat some real jadka food and really bored of eating chat, then Frankie is just for you. Inexpensive, frankie is similar to mexican wrap. From Rs30 you an enjoy a good variety of 'Desi Wraps', freshly made. I have been to the Frankie on the greams road near Fruit Shop a number of times and my fav is 'Kadai Gobi Frankie'.

    Although they don't have too many stalls around the city, its worth dropping by if you are in any place nearer.
