    I had gotten my previous couple of haircuts at the express avenue Toni & Guy. This time I decided to go to the Adyar oner since its closer, thinking how bad can it be. Turns out, pretttty bad. I went with a friend and both of us had asked for senior stylists while making the appointment ( and not junior). My friend got a senior but I, got a junior. I know this because my friend overheard the two of them discussing it. The haircut is horrible. It does not even meet the basic standards of haristying. It is shabby and unprofessional.     I visited toni & guy in express avenue exactly 2yrs ago.. They assigned me dinesh who was a senior stylist then.. He did an amazin job wit ma hair. He gave me a haircut which suited me so well.. Every person whom i met appreciated ma hairstyle, somethin which had never hpnd before.. He is very friendly and cares for his clients. He has also given me several tips to maintain healthy hair..I never cut my hair wit anyone else after dis experience..     A half an hour hair spa was completed in less then 10 minutes and i was out of the parlour in 20 minutes end to end. The scalp mask was on me for less then 10 minutes. Rs.880 for this. What a rip off. They had the cheek to charge me even after I complained. Vanessa coldly told me i would not be charged next time and that I had to save the receipt. Who's going back?

    this s t first time i hav been to toni and guy and the service was quite disappointing. One of the staff members said that they cannot cut my hair as i had lies in it. To be frank i dont. they wer really very rude and just wanted to promote their products. It was humiliating. If i had lies i would have accepted it. the guys in reception were laughing at me when i was leaving the parlour. I would never recommend this parlour to anyone.

    i have been looking for good hair dresser from past 10 month finally found one.
    Dev from Tony n Guy.was very skeptical bout ma haircut when i went .had to wait half an hour after having prior appointment though .but aftermy hair cut i felt so good.it was really nice.he really gave a different look.i was very happy with my hair cut.one must surely go if looking for different hair style....thumbs up

    To start with ..the receptionists who were apparently girls..:-P were uncourteous.i know its a common complaint here in the forum but still it keeps happening...:-( what do these ppl think of themselves..are they frm mars?? Anywayzz cutting to the point i went for a hair straightening consultation.Am a guy who wants to have a straight hairand spike it out..:-P..lol , atleast the stylist was friendly unlike the the front office ppl..thank god...:-) He said he cant straighten the hair on my rear head and i dunno the reason..he wasn't willing to explain it too... so i jus wanna know if T&G stylists... read more

    tis is d first tym i hav been to toni and guy and i was really pleased wen i ended up at toni and guy i havent had a haircut for a year and ma hair wwas dry and frizzy and i wanted a cut to suit me and i was extremely nervous . i was welcomed by a smiling receptionist wich gave me confidence and the stylist shivam worked wonders on ma hair and i luv ma new hair style im goin ter nli 4m now onwards

    I have visited some good places in Chennai for haircut, these places are good but my experience at T&G was totally unparalleled. I visited T&G, Express avenue sometime just after it was inaugurated and since then I have not visited any other place apart from T&G. It has a very well trained staff and vary trustworthy product range. In my first visit I was assigned Sunit. Those who have visited him know that a client feels very comfortable in his presence and you can trust him with your hair. In my second visit I just wanted a hair style change but couldn't think of a style matching my personality.... read more

    I was attended by Biswajit ! He is an awesome hairstyler. He asked me few questions about my lifestyle and gave me that perfect cut that suits me and is extremely goes in flow with my lifestyle. Loving my hair style right now and had an awesome experience. The staff was well attending and courteous. Highly recommended. Must go !
