The food at Aiwo isn't delicious. But then again diet food isn't supposed to be delicious - it just needs to be edible and low on calories. On those counts, Aiwo scores full points. I have eaten all the veg stuff here and pretty much everything is ok - the conveyor belt meal, the veg wraps and the green platter. At Aiwo, veg oil is replaced by olive oil, sugar with esplenda, rice with some similar looking pulse, etc etc.
If you are going to Aiwo for the first time, then try the conveyor belt meal. You have 14 different low-cal dishes which are served from the kitchen on to a conveyor belt, from where you can pick up and try as much of these dishes as you feel like. Its good fun.
However, the place is generally empty and thus has a very dull feel to it.
