visit at your own risk!

If you wanna an excuse to blow a hole in your wallet then this is the place to go! I visited this place the second day of its opening and was disappointed. Last week, I thought of giving them a second choice and was disappointed even more. Boy! dont these guys ever learn or even try the food they cook!

The food is rather oily, lesser than adequate meat portions and poor service quality. I ordered for some spicy chicken and the waiter brought me my first misery. Naan was bad as well and the mutton briyani was no good.

At the end of the day, I realized i had become a sucker not once but twice.

Possibly the worst service EVER!

I went to Curry House recently with my wife and to say the least it couldn't have been a more disappointing experience. The food was average at best with pretentiously small portions that were priced more than twice what they were worth.

As for the service, let me relate one of the MANY reasons why I say 'Possibly the worst service EVER!'. One of the dishes we ordered was something made with with Tiger Prawns (Unfortunately I don't remember the name). I do remember that it costed around rs.400. About 5 minutes after taking my order, the "waiter" comes back with the menu and literally shoves it in my face while my wife and I are in the middle of a conversation, simply pointing to the price. Since we were both hungry and it was around 2:45 PM (considering that restautrants normally close around 3 PM) we decided to stay. We did order the dish, and it tasted just about average.

The icing on the cake was the fact that the "waiter" kept hovering around our table until we paid the bill and left.

If you want to waste money on food that is really not worth what you pay and experience Possibly the worst service EVER!, this is the place for you...

Very Expensive

I happened to visit this place recently. the food is good, but not so great. the spicy fact is what we didn't like. The rates do not match the quality. Otherwise the ambience is good.

Average Stuff

The food is run of the mill Punjaabi with the usual suspects - Chicken Tikka, Vegetable Jalfrazie, nothing new. They need to go a little easy on the garam masala. I know your need to live up to your name, but a kg of curry powder per gram of other ingredients is not quite what I had in mind.
The ambience and service are excellent, and they are located at a very convenient location as well.

This is one of the worst restaurants in chennai

I can say, this is one of the most worst restaurants in chennai.. where the food is very very costly... Just to name the few...

Chicken curry - 190 rs
Biriyani - 170 rs ( not even enough for a single person)...

You will not find any item below 150 rs.. The taste is horrible.. we ordered naan ( 25 rs for a small piece) and he got which can be used for elastic and tensile tests.. Looks like the naan is prepared hours ago...

Please keep off from this restaurant.. Check the menu before you enter..
