I liked Lotus
I was on a business trip to Chennai and was invited to dinner at Lotus. Lovely space at the uber trendy Park Hotel. There were 4 of us - 2 vegetarians and 2 non-vegetarians.
Ordered chicken satay, veg satay, crispy lamb, veg green curry, veg phad thai, stir fried green veg and a lamb dish that the waiter recommended.Almost every dish was good. The phad thai in particular was superb.
Service was efficient albeit our drinks were slow to come. The dry martini we ordered was initially awful but it was swiftly replaced with a well made version.
Although we were stuffed, we order sticky rice dessert to share and that scored 9/10.
Didn't pay so have no clue what it costs and if it was good value for money but must have been expensive.
I would go back again.
