    Faical here is really good. Pedicure n manicure, not so much. Hair spa is average.

    I was new to Chennai, and always used to go to VLCC, Mumbai. So it was a great relief to find VLCC, here in Chennai. But the experience at Adyar centre was so bad, I've decided to never go at this particular centre. Instead i chose to go to Taramani centre of VLCC, though it is very far from my place. At Adyar centre, I had an appointment, still i was asked to wait.. and please introduce them to the word 'courtsey'. VLCC Adyar branch really sucks...

    Freakin expensive place, and they claim to cure by magic, get rid of ur tummy by workin on u than u workin out! and that ll cost u almost everything u earned in ur lifetime until then.

    Workin out is always the best option and if u belive in shortcuts, make sure u have enough money for trial and error, cos if it doesnt work out i don think u ll get bak ur capital :)

    Mst of all, the receptionists are great talkers, u can listen to them say things like 'i ll offer u the best package at affordbale cost, 3 sittings cost u 15k to 20k MIGHT lose weight dependin on ur body conditions
