Prime Roaster is situated in the same building as Lifestyle, Alwarpet. They specialize in chicken (hence the name roaster) and cater different dishes right from fried chickens, barbeques, smoked chicken, etc. Mee sup yam, noodles in clear soup was excellent and it did really tickle the taste buds. Prices are a bit above moderate. Service was excellent and the ambience was quite good for a fast food joint. The only thing disappointing was their Chicken salami Salad which tasted very primitive. I actually wanted to rate 3.5 but no provision here, hence 3.
Apart from Food:
Located neatly in Murray Gate's Road away from the hustling TTK road, Tangerine sports a posh look from the outside, that is because every table is candle lit and the whole ambience is dim lit. But surprise awaits you when you enter, as the tables were quite packed. I went on a friday so obviously not only the place was crowded but very noisy which was a bit unusual for a niche and expensive restaurant. Also the music was a tad louder. Parking space is poor, so be there around 7.30 pm to avoid parking hassles... read more -
