Cringing, craving, bingeing, braving... you always have an opinion on what's hot and what's not in your city and we just love to hear it. Besides, there's no better place to satiate that itch to bitch!
Al Arab is one of the two restaurants that is concept based and which have been executed well.. the other being Wild Amazon..
Al Arab focuses more on the kebabs ( Starters) and the culinary experience takes off from there. The restaurant is located somewhat diagonally opposite Chennai Citi center and there are chances of missing out on identifying the place. The valet parking is a big relief considering the location of the restaurant.
It is highly advisable to book a table/make an appointment before you get there.. First feelers about the restaurant is positive with well lit inter... read more
There is a difference between Dining and a Pizza Joint. I believe that the Dominos Management have realized that very important point. There is not much to talk about the Ambiance per se at Dominos. There are tables, chairs, a water dispenser at a corner. However, the real concentration is in the food.
Taking one's order has quite a bit of interruptions with the many phone calls that flood the store. Once successful in placing the order, one can either choose to take it home or eat it there. There is no fancy plates, there are no fancy cutlery and one might have to share a table with... read more
Well, for starters, this is not your usual Restaurant. So one should not expect the same. Located above Hot Breads as an extension, Don Pepe serves some of the most lip smacking, calorie filling meal you could possibly have.

Set as an extension of the already popular Cornucopia, Crimson Chakra is a chip off the block offering fusion dishes from various parts of the country. Located at the 2nd main road, Adyar, it is not a hassle finding the place or parking for that matter. There is ample space in the wide street, albeit there is no Valet service.
Crimson Chakra/ Cornucopia occupies an artistic yesteryear house and have renovated to an appealing show of art. Paintings of sorts and wall hangings adorn the interiors. The reception desk though has a vacant spot that leaves one in a spot.
Driving away from the heat, the city traffic, the congestion all around, we take off on the fantastic ECR road towards Lydie's. We must have passed this place quite a few times but this time, made sure that we slowed down and check out the cuisine that Lydie and Abdullah have in store.
The entrance to Lydie's is lit well, with ample parking space for cars and bikes. Do not forget to notice an old Ambassador parked most of the time towards the right. The phrases on the back are funny and makes you enter the restaurant with a smile.
The restaurant has three phases. An open seating,... read more
